Felicia Hall

Felicia has extensive expertise in database management, software design, reporting development, account management, testing and documentation, Felicia brings more than 20 years of experience to her role. Her background includes project management for state and local juvenile justice clients, reporting development for state and government emissions requirements, and programming for a large community health system. Felicia is one of the company’s primary SQL experts, and she manages significant volumes of data, database management and data mining. She also participates in all facets of claims audits to ensure that knowledge gained from the data mining process is utilized throughout the company’s projects. Felicia has a bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems from Carson-Newman University, Jefferson City, Tenn.
