Roger Cheek

Roger Cheek joins Healthcare Horizons as Chief Executive Officer, bringing more than four decades of executive leadership experience across healthcare operations, growth strategy, and organizational transformation. As CEO, he will lead the company’s strategic vision, operational execution, market expansion, and continued commitment to quality, innovation, and client partnership.

Throughout his career, Roger has overseen complex clinical and non-clinical operations, infrastructure development, client engagement, sales management, workforce optimization, quality improvement initiatives, vendor strategy, financial performance, and strategic acquisitions. He has a proven track record of driving scalable growth, strengthening operational performance, and delivering sustainable profitability across healthcare organizations.

Roger previously served as Executive Vice President and General Manager of the Post-Acute Care product line at eviCore healthcare, where he led national operations and product strategy. Prior to that, he served as Executive Vice President of Operations, supporting the successful merger of careCore National and MedSolutions. His earlier leadership roles include Executive Vice President of Operations at MedSolutions, Vice President of Customer Service at Prime Therapeutics, Vice President of Member and Client Services at Express Scripts, and Senior Director of National Sales and Service at Sprint PCS.

Recognized throughout his career for sales, performance, and service excellence, Roger brings deep expertise in operational transformation, technology integration, mergers and acquisitions, and product innovation. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an MBA from the University of Florida, Hough School of Business.
